Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) can become effective in future to ensure that there can be sufficient accommodation for every patient covered under Medicare. Medicare is important to be considered by every ACO so that the quality of provision of care facilities, care and delivery of care can never be compromised. It will always be important for ACOs to consider provision of sufficient care to the underprivileged covered under Medicare more than the privileged. This is because the pandemic situation has made things worse for the underprivileged. The requirement for obtainment of frequent and regular access to healthcare has become enhanced because of the present pandemic situation. There has not been any way to decrease the requirement of treatment and provision of medicines to individuals covered under Medicare. This is because the number of newly developed diseases have become enhanced to a great extent. There are diversified types of viruses which are being observed to get generated because of the ways in which the environment is getting polluted by natural as well as man-made pollutants. Low-cost medical facilities as well as treatment must be the major aim of every ACO to ensure that no patient covered under Medicare loses confidence in any ACO. There has to be high level of trust developed in the mind and heart of every patient by every ACO because ACOs must never break the trust of every patient.
